[수리]세상에서 제일 쉬운 LED 천장등 수리

증상 : 스위치를 켜도 LED천장등 불이 들어오지 않습니다.
해결 : 접점부활제 도포

집 거실 천장등 불이 안들어옵니다.
전에 주방 LED등에 불 깜빡깜빡거리는게 있어서
안정기 문제로 진단하고 교체하여 정상동작시킨적이있습니다.
(깜빡깜빡거리는건 안정기 교체해야합니다.)

그런데 이번에는 한쪽 판에 불이 전혀 안들어왔습니다.
알아보니 이런 문제는 회로에 단선이 있어 발생하는 경우가 대부분이라고했습니다.
집에있는 멀티 메터로 단선 여부를 확인해 봤습니다.

이렇게하고 led 칩 양옆에 대면 하나씩 불이 들어옵니다. 극성이 있어서 불안들어오면 반대쪽대 대봐야합니다.(멀티메타 간단사용법! 까만선 - 는 com에 도통테스트나 접압 축정할때는 저쪽에다 끼워야합니다. V물결은 건전지 아닌건 110v220v등 측정)

도통 테스트 결과 다들 잘들어옵니다.
근데.. 불이 들어오긴하는데 탐침봉을 잘가져다 대야지 들어오는게
왠지 기판을 깨끗하게 하면 잘되는거아니야?
생각이 들었습니다.

예상은 적중했습니다.

접점부활제를 기판에 골고루 도포해주었습니다.

너무 잘들어옵니다.

만약에 기판에 led칩에 탄흔적이 있거나 led칩이 단선으로 판별된다면 이렇게 수리할 수 있습니다.
1. 알루미늄 테이프 붙이기 -> 고장난 부분 전기 통하게 하기

이겁니다.

2. 납땜을 하실 수 있다면, led 칩 따로사셔서 교체 혹은 떼어내고 전기만 통하게 연결

LED 전등이 칩하나가 나가면 전체가 다안들어오기 때문에 이런 문제가 생깁니다.

천장에 LED등이 안들어올 때는 접점부활제부터 도포해보세요.
안정기교체, 납땜질 등 다른것 할 필요없이 간단히 고쳐질수 있습니다.

불안들어오는 증상을 사진찍어두고 비교하면 좋을텐데..
혹시나하고 뿌린게 통했고 다시 안들어오는게 재현이 안되서..아쉽

I have diagnosed and replaced the stabilizer problem and operated it normally. (Blinking requires replacement of stabilizer.) But this time, one board didn't light up at all. I found out that most of these problems are caused by open circuits. I checked the multimeter at home for open circuits. If you put it on both sides of the led chip, it lights up one by one. It's polar and if you're nervous, you have to put it on the other side (simple use of multi-meta!). The black line - should be inserted over there for com tests or tightening. V-wave is not a battery, measured 110v220v, etc.) All the test results are good. But... the lights are on, but you have to bring the probe with you. Isn't it better to keep the board clean? That's what I thought. The prediction was right. All-round troubleshooter contact reducer! If you have any problems with electrical appliances, I recommend you to try this one first. I applied contact resurrection agent evenly on the board. They're coming in so well. If there is a burn mark on the board or if the led chip is found to be open circuit, it can be repaired like this. 1. Attach aluminum tape-> Make the broken part electric. 2. If you can solder, buy a led chip separately, replace or remove it, and connect only electricity. This problem occurs because the entire LED light doesn't come on when one chip is out. When the LED light doesn't come on the ceiling, try applying contact resurrection first. It can be easily fixed without having to do anything else, such as stabilizer replacement, soldering, etc. It'd be nice to take a picture of your anxiety symptoms and compare them.
