원격 데스크톱 서비스 세션이 끝났습니다. 네트워크 관리자가 연결을 끊었을 수 있습니다.
해결 방법 접속하려고 하는 원격지 PC 또는 접속 로컬 PC에 신규로 설치된 보안프로그램 제거
프로그램 및 기능 창을 열어서 설치된 프로그램을 확인합니다.설치 날짜 내림차순으로 정렬 하면 가장 최근에 설치된 프로그램을 찾을 수 있습니다.
AhnLab Safe Transaction 프로그램에 대한 얘기가 많지만 해당 프로그램 외에 다른 프로그램이 원격 접속 네트워크를 끊는 원인 일 수 있습니다. 저의 경우는 부산은행 금융거래확인서 출력을 위해 설치한 프로그램이 문제였습니다.
InSafe 어떤 이름이었던것 같은데 지우면서 캡처를 못했네요. 가장 최근에 설치된게 원인일 가능성이 가장 큽니다.

When You get " Your Remote Desktop Services session has ended. Another user connected to the remote computer, so your connection was lost. Try connectiong again, or contact your network administrator or techinical support group." messeage. You should check your latest installed security program.
There is a lot of talk about the AhnLab Safe Transaction program, but other programs other than that program may be the cause of disconnecting the remote access network. In my case, the problem was the program installed to print the Busan Bank financial transaction confirmation.
InSafe I think it was a name, but I couldn't capture it while deleting it. The most recent installation is most likely the cause.

Resolution Remove the newly installed security program on the remote PC or local PC you are trying to access
